摘要

At present, the liquor height in oil tank is measured with man-made ruler and gets its reserves by looking up the cubage table in china. To improve this laggard complexion of measure on railway tank truck, an intelligent measure system is described in this paper. In order to measure the liquor capacity of railway tank truck automatically, double differential pressure capacitive sensors are employed to get the liquor height and the density of liquid in the tank truck, the thermistor as temperature sensor is used to survey temperature. The output of the sensor is converted by the convert-circuit and send to computer by A/D changing; After data processing, the liquor volume or weight data is showed. The experimental results indicate that this system has high precision on measurement of liquor height and density and can be used to measure reserves of railway tank truck automatically.
