CLUSTER-BASED COMMUNICATION IN MOBILE AD-HOC NETWORKS

In this work, we have presented a dynamic cluster-based routing protocol for mobile ad-hoc networks. The network is dynamically organized into partitions called clusters with the objective of maintaining a relatively stable effective topology. The proposed scheme offers improvement with respect to the cluster-based communication in from the viewpoint of smaller number of control messages generated for communication as well as efficient routing table management.
