摘要

The influence of the amounts of 1-O-ethyl-3-n-butylcyclohexanol, diisopropyl adipate and isopropanol on the penetration rate of ketoprofen from hydrogels through rat skin was investigated. The observed penetration rate and total irritation score in the optimal formulation coincided well with the predictions in the simultaneous optimization technique incorporating artificial neural network.
