PREPARATION OF A NEW-OSMOTIC TABLET SYSTEM FOR ORAL DRUG DELIVERY OF NIFEDIPINE

摘要

For the improvement of release pattern and water-insolubility of drug, we prepared squeeze-osmotic tablet (SQT) by novel mould device and model-drug used nifedipine. With the purpose of delivering water-insoluble nifedipine at an approximate zero-order rate for 24 hour, SQT has been successfully prepared. It has been improved in the release rate and patterns in comparison with Adalat~(~R) push-pull system in in vitro release features.
