POLY(ETHER ESTER) MULTIBLOCK COPOLYMERS FOR THE CONTROLLED RELEASE OF PROTEINS AND PEPTIDES

摘要

Recent advances in the development of delivery systems, based on biodegradable, amphiphilic poly(ether ester) multiblock copolymers are reviewed. In-vitro release studies were performed to demonstrate the ability to control the release rate of a wide range of drugs. Efficacy of the protein and peptide delivery systems was evaluated in-vivo.
