摘要

We performed miscible flooding experiments in a layered model. The model was composed of glass beads, with two horizontal layers constructed from beads of different sizes. The miscible fluids used were water and brine. We conducted experiments in two models: a long model and a short model. One fluid was dyed and injected at different flow rates. Production profiles were monitored by weighing the effluent. Pictures of the displacement process were recoreded on video camera.
