Based on theory of wavelet lifting, an integer wavelet transform is discussed. Furthermore, a scheme based on Wavelet Transforms that Map Integers to Integers is presented to resolve watermark problem. Considering the second wavelet not depend upon the Fourier transform, this algorithm investigated in this paper is simple and the decimal fraction isn't generated. So it can be reconstruction without deforming. At the meantime, it is available to be calculated and realized about DSP. The method has strong concealment and has little effect on primitive voice. Instead, the watermark when it was piled up can still detect the wavelet. It also can be widely used in network security and copyright protection.
