OO CORBA -BASED CODING MANAGEMENT DESIGN

摘要

The coding management module in a PDM system Provides uniform coding management for element about product, which meet the requirement of abroad, uniform and efficient information exchange among the systems in an entire enterprise CIMS system. This paper analyzes the characteristic of information classification and coding in manufacturing, presents a basic classification of coding rules used in manufacturing, and presents a coding management model using OO and CORBA technology, then analyzes the feasibility of the model by an actual example in a corporation.
