Laser Displacement Measuring System and Application

摘要

In this paper, the mathematical model of measuring equation for the system is set up based on optical principle. A laser displacement measuring system which adopts a semiconductor laser as light source and a position sensitive detector (PSD) as photoelectric positional sensor is proposed, and the measuring accuracy of the system is analyzed and verified by experiment. The main applications of the system are introduced.
