The E-conference Playback System with Recorded Transaction Between Teleconference Clients and Server

Many teleconference systems support document sharing and voice distribution for real-time meeting. However absentee can only get the documents and the minutes of the meeting from which it was absent. The server of these teleconference systems handles documents, voices and sometimes videos at teleconference presentation. Thus, it is possible to give more information to an absentee for storing these data in a playback server. And also, it is possible to reconstruct the presentation with tree structure by the timing at speaker changes and slide changes. In this paper, we present the playback feature of our teleconference system, its implementation and an evaluation of the playback feature.
