摘要

It is made research on adaptive control of electrode regulator systems of arc furnace. First, the model of electrode regulator system is obtained, and then a series of linear transfer functions of the systems are used equivalently instead of the nonlinear transfer operator. Based on that, the plan of model reference adaptive control is put forward. The results of simulation shows that adaptive control systems has better dynamic characteristics than PID control systems, and greatly strengthens the capability of restraining disturbances of arc length.
