摘要

A novel current chopping strategy for switched reluctance generator (SRG)―a full conducted current chopping (FCCC) scheme is presented in this paper. According to characteristics of phase current wave of SRG generating operation, it can generate under sensorless condition without additional circuit or position signal algorithm. Simulation is demonstrated the feasibility of this scheme in detail. The experimental results of a 6kW 6/4 configuration SRG show its simplicity and high reliability with little decrease in efficiency. So it will be used widely.
