By using data of appearing seaweed in an artificial beach, possibility of reproduction of natural ecosystems by the artificial beach is discussed. For this purpose, the classification of seaweed based on their ecological aspect (life history) is adopted. The deeper basin of the artificial beach can reproduce roughly the natural seaweed vegetation. But the shallow pool can not reproduce the natural seaweed vegetation. The reason is its too large variation of water temperature and frequent dryness.
