China is an acknowledged big textile industry country in regard to the scale of the cotton textile industry. The capacity of the yarn spinning of China accounted for one forth of the total capacity of the world while the fiber consumption and production exceed one forth of the world total amount. The cotton textile industry plays an important role in China's textile industry with 36% of the overall textile industry output and the 60% of the fiber processing capacity. All these indicate that the cotton textile industry is the largest textile machines user.
