This paper presents a comprehensive checklist ofprocess design issues to be addressed whenrevamping sulfur recovery facilities for oxygenenrichment. It provides a qualitative assessment ofthe effects of oxygen enrichment for all componentswithin modified-Claus SRUs, TGUs, and liquidsulfur handling facilities.
