Considering the transition of Productivity Dominant Factors (PDFs), compared their transitional area distinction and pace difference, along with different effect coefficient and functional scope. Because manufacturing modes (MMs) have hierarchy effective scopes in economic and social profits, and depend on various PDFs, sorting the MMs into technique-type, organization-type, society-type and methodology-type, also get the interrelations among MMs. Finally, put out the connotation of advanced MMs. From the based PDFs of MMs and the facts that area economy unbalanced and self-difference among industries & enterprises, put forward the strategic modes and policies for MMs development.
