Forecast for enterprise system's management mode knowledge-based economy age

With the coming of the new century of knowledge-based economy, the great revolution will occur in the fields of traditional enterprise management, which must be adapted to the development of knowledge-based economy. This paper elaborates the following aspects such as optimization management, human resource management, employee training management, culture and spirit management in the coming economy. The major characters and content of enterprise system's management are also explored.
