System safety basic database and its applications

摘要

Safety Base Data (SBD) is basic data of processing system safety design and analysis. In order to eliminate and contro lhazard effectively during the process, it is far not enough of deviser and analyst's experience, and a great amount of safety basic data is required to support this work. A method of design and realize Safety Basic Database is present.
