Application of Magneto-sensor in Detecting Pin

摘要

In this paper, magneto-sensor designed through calculating magnetic field is discussed, which is used to detect ferromagnetic pin mixed in a shirt packed with plastic clip. To obtain the dimensions and electric parameters of the device, the 3-dimensional magnetic scalar potential finite element method is used to calculated the permaent magnetic field. Because the electric signal is too small, an amplifying circuit is designed to amplify it. Then it is used to switch on an alarm circuit. This device has been verified correct in theory, and we will test it in practice.
