摘要

On the base of 3-D magnetic field computation the magnetic field distribution factor considering the 3-D effect of magnetic field distribution is introduced to improve the design model of permanent magnet axial filed brushless DC motor of disc type. Furthermore, a set of design curves of key parameters of this type of motor is calculated and provided. Finally, the method and design curves presented in this paper is verified by a prototype motor.
