An Effective Method for Prediction of the Transient Magnetic Fields Generated by BSD

摘要

An effective method is proposed in this paper for prediction of the transient magnetic fields caused by electrostatic discharge. The calculating formula is derived from Maxwell equations. Also, the related discretization procedure is given to obtain the numerical solution of the transient magnetic fields. A comparison is made between calculated and measured results and a better agreement appears between them.
