A PROTOTYPE TOOL FOR DECISION SUPPORT BASED IN THE LSP METHOD

This work presents an application of the Logic Scoring of Preference (LSP) method. The LSP method is a generalisation and an extension of various scoring techniques. Its mathematical background is continuous preference logic. The application presented here consists in a tool that implements the LSP method as a support used for evaluation, comparison and selection of home sites according to quality of life. As such, the tool can be viewed as a help to anyone interested in making decisions such as for example management at any level in any governmental or non-governmental organisation.
