Protection of peace and environment should be carried on after the principle "Preventive Care instead of Cure". In a confrontation of trouble and solution, with new, sustainable and environment-friendly technologies a way to the dismantling from unemployment and to the consolidation of the social peace is demonstrated. The initiated projects are developing the survival basis of the country compatibly with ecology, environment and human health, giving people a positive perspective towards their future. Energy from waste instead of deposition is protecting the habitat from pollution of flora and fauna. The dangers of Air Pollution caused by fossil fuels, particularly for the ozone layer, are pointed out and possible ways of combating them are presented. Some effects of destructive gases on the depletion of the ozone layer are indicated and serious limitations through U.N.E.P (United Nations' Environment Program) are mentioned. Renewable Energy sources may be used by Solsar Panels for heat and electricity as well as by wind turbines in order to produce electric power. Electric car propulsion and the development of hydrogen combustion engines show means able to reduce road traffic air pollution to approximately zero.
