High-temeprature filtration with ceramic filter candles offers a wide potential for the optimisation of high-temperature process4es, e.g. fouling and erosion of downstream components could be avioded. up to now conventional high-temeperatur filtration units cannot ensure long-term stable opertion for teperatures above 400degC. One of the main reasons is the limitation of the Jet-Pulse receleaning system. The new developed CPP recleaning systemovercomes these limitations. Based on direct coupling of the recleaning system and the filter candles, regeneration pressure must exceed system pressure only by a pressure difference of 0.05 to 0.1 MPa.
