Some New Results in Development of Pulse Combustor

摘要

The experiments with the pulse engine stated in the 70's, when a demand appeared to warm up Diesel engines in less than 20 minutes in a -40degC environment with the help of a small, mobile heating unit. After the review of the literature, the ideal solution fo rth problem was a system using the effect of pulsation. The engine, that had been developed by Huber has anominal output of 10 kW, which was upgraded to 50 kW. With the helop of some new results a mobile sytem was developed by us, that neede dleectricity only for the strting process.
