摘要

Numerical aspects of fatigue crack initiation in NR are investigated. A critical plane approach under large deformations has been developed and compared to a stress tensor invariant based criterion. The critical plane approach has been found to predict fairly well fatigue lifes observed experimentally. Other experimental observations confirm the relevance of the proposed criterion.
