From the above results it can be proposed that, topology of bubble surface is identical to the normal film but inside the bubble, the material is soft and shows lower melting temperature Formation of bubbles can thus be explained on the basis of these findings of this novel instrumentation technique. During the extrusion process low molecular fractions migrates to the surface and get partially decomposed at high processing temperature. These volatiles trapped on the surface forms tinny bubbles up on stretching resulting to surface defects.
