摘要

A new procedure for the preparation of SPE-electrocatalyst composites has been developed. In this procedure, noble metal catalyst and Nafion were hot press on a solid polymer electrolyte. Compared with the traditional method, this method is simple and convenient. The effects of electrode structure and operation conditions on the performance of water electrolyser were studied. The superior composition of the catalyst layer is catalyst: Nafion= 3:1. The loading of the electrodes can be reduced to 0.5 mg/cm~2 by using this method.
