The ultra-pure hydrogen production by the membrane separation method from the hydrogen containing various gas mixture is one of actual and perspective direction of modern hydrogen energy and tecnology. The method based on the high permeability and selectivity in relation to the hydrogen in the temperature range 723-923 K thin membranes from Pd and it alloys, is attractive by a possibility of single-stage production of the hydrogen by cleanness 99,9999 vol. % and more. The natural gas consisting mainly from CH_4, present of interest as initial raw material for the ultra-pure hydrogen production. However, immediately to extract hydrogen from CH_4 it is not obviously possible. Therefore, usualy CH_4 beforehand subjecting to the steam conversion with deriving multicomponent gas mixture containing H_2, H_2O, CO_2, CO and CH_4, which in further with the help of various methods enrich on hydrogen and direct on the membrane separation.
