As future electron-positron colliders are projected to operate at enhanced accelerating RF fields, the breakdown limitation makes to increase RF frequencies relative to those used in the present day accelerators (1). At the shortest microwaves, high power electromagnetic flows can be canalized only with strongly oversized waveguides (in particular mirror lines) and controlled with quasi-optical components: wave beam combiners, phase and electrically controlled switches, passive and active pulse compressors. Particle acceleration structures should be fed with distributed wave flows and ot-filter spurious modes.
