摘要

The ferroelectric potassium lithium niobate crystal has been expected as a hopeful material doubling the frequency of semiconductor near infrared cw-laser directly. The perfect crystals have been grown. The frequency-doubling properties have been studied using cw-Ti:Sapphire laser at room temperature. The crystal showed good second harmonic generation properties.
