High Power Vacuum Power Electronics Research at Kwangwoon University

摘要

Research on high power vacuum power tubes including coupled-cavity TWT, magnetron oscillator is underway. 3-D numerical simulation codes and analytic calculation are used to predict the dispers ion characteristics of the rf circuit. Electonic efficiencies are obtained from the 3-D particle-in-cell simulations.
