摘要

A new designed superfine NiO_La_2O_3-Al_2O_3 aerogel catalyst has been successfully prepared by the combination of sol-gel method and Supercritical Drying (SCD) technique for CH_4/CO_2 reforming. Compared to the conventional impregnated catalyst, it exhibits unusual physical and chemical properties, and has excellent performances in activity, thermal stability, and particularly in carbon deposition. It is more convenient to form uniformly NiAl_2O_4 spinel structure in aerogel catalyst at moderate conditions and has much higher capacity to adsorb Co_2, they may kbe mainly responsible for its excellent resistance to carbon deposition.
