摘要

The atomization quality of the CWS atomizer is one of the important factors in stable combustion and high combustion efficiency when burnign CWS. In this paper, some methods for designing a new type of CWS atomizer are introduced and the atomization experiment is carried ont he atomization apparatus in Zhejiang University, whose biggest atomization capability is 7T/H. It is found that the atomizing fineness is associated with the atomization capability of the atomizer, and the atomizing fineness of a 3T/H atomizer is beneath 100#mu#m (SMD). With this type of CWS atomizer, the combustion of CWS is stable, the combustion efficiency is above 98.5percent, and the amount of the slag from the bottom of the furnace is only 5percent, which means that this type of atomizer has a high atomization quality.
