The effect of CO_2 concentration, sunlight, and anaerobic digests on the quality of the grape in the four-in-one greenhouse (biogas greenhouse) was observed and measured systematically in this project. The results indicated that the air temperature, ground temperature of the four-in-one greenhouse is 3 times higher than that of the normal greenhouse (without biogas) in winter; and the concentration of CO_2 is average 600ppm higher than that of the normal greenhouse. Due to the .use of biogas lamps in the morning and evening, the sunlight time was extended to some extent; the photosynthesis rate was 27.42 μ mol/m~2s in winter, which is 2 times of the control samples; the content of the sugar was increased from 15.5% to 18.5%. In addition, the liquids of digest enhanced the soil fertility in the greenhouse. The grape yield was enhanced by 47%. In brief, this is a new energy ecological model, which has great potential of promotion in China.
