PREPARATION OF NANO-IRON DISPERSED CARBON FROM PETROLEUM RESIDUE IN THE PRESENCE OF FERROCENE

摘要

A novel method was introduced to prepare the nano-iron dispersed carbon from petroleum residue in the presence of ferrocene by condensation at 420°C, solvent extraction and heat treatment. In comparison with as-prepared carbon, the high temperature treated sample shows larger diameter of iron particle and the tendency to Fe-C from D-Fe.
