To investigate the affection of Nucleolar Organizer Regions Associated Protein(Ag-NORs) of T lymphocytes in human body and observe the screen effect on high frequency electromagnetic field condition. To build up the devices of radiation and screen of electromagnetic field. T lymphocytes in healthy persons were cultured and observed on exposed or no artificial or electromagnetic field screen condition. At the same time, The Ag-NORs I/S (the rate of area nucleoulsucleus) was detected by a cell image analysis system. It in dicated that the Ag-NORs I/S of Tlymphocytes in test group were (x 7.10+-0.78)
