In the first quarter of 1998 Bethlehem Steel Corp. placed an order for a new Cold Mill Complex (CMC) for the Sparrows Point works in Baltimore MD. The Process equipment and the automation package for this full turn key project is being supplied by VOEST-ALPINE Industrieanlagenbau GmbH. Linz/AUSTRIA, and VAI-UK, Poole/England.
