Composite foundation of deep mixing piles for large steel Oil tanks on soft gound

摘要

In this paper,based on the successful practice of deep mixing method on three projects of large stoage oil tanks in Zhejiang Province,the engineering experience of composite foundation of deep mixing pile for large steel oil tanks on soft clay is concluded.The method for design such kind of composite foundation is simply introduced.Some factors effecting the construction quality are also discussed.Then,the problemof in-situ bearing capacity testing of composite foundation of deep mixing pile is analyzed.Finally,the behavior of subcrust of oil tank on ocmposite foundation is investigated.
