摘要

Abstract: This paper builds upon the theory of determination ofobject deformation tensor by means of a method availingof statistical properties of speckle in optically freespace geometry. It deals with the analysis of accuracyand sensitivity of a given method from the viewpoint ofthe theory of errors. The introduction summarizes basictheoretical relations for computational of stresscomponents in the tangent plane of object, togetherwith the manner of their error equations. As it flowsfrom theory, the exact results at stress determinationdepends crucially upon the geometrical arrangement ofthe optical system. In the main part of paper, theemphasis on the analysis of accuracy of individualgeometrical parameters of assembly are given, with theaim to find an optimized geometry of experimentalarrangement. The feasibility of an easy realization inpractice and most importantly achieving satisfactoryresults of measurements are the important criteria. Theconclusion presents the results obtained at concretemeasurement with the proposed experimental assembly.!18
