SOLVING LARGE AND SMALL MODELS ON MICROCOMPUTERS

Following the steps in the process of building and using an econometric model, this paper presents the features and qualities required from a microcomputer package. Three dedicated packages are then tested according to these criteria, using an operational model of the French economy.
