Abstract: We have used the client-server Delphi 3.0, Borland Int., for fast development of the applications as a tool of creating an executive system utility for a computer system to calculate the effect of the atmosphere on the accuracy and power characteristics of optoelectronic devices because of certain is advantages of this environment over others.!8
