The corrosion fatigue crack propagation was studied on full-scale drill pipes with buttress thread and weld joints, drill collars, tool-joints of different diameters. The probabilistic approaches were used to characterise variations in corrosion fatigue crack propagations, measured during the tests by ultrasonic nondestructive device. Two methods for calculation of probable number of cycles to failure of details, based on the two- and three parametric equations, were proposed.
