Design and development of a catalyst injection pump on the basis of high pressure pumps for waterjet cutting applications

摘要

The paper presents the resutls of the design and the development of a new catalyst injection pump. The standard high pressure pump (3.4 l/min, 400 MPa) normally used for waterjet cutting applications is a good example for the new catalyst injection pump concerning lifetime of high pressure components, high reliability and high ease of maintenance and service.
