Analysis of an Updown Power Control algorithm in CDMA Reverse Link Under Fading Condition

摘要

In this paper, we propose an analytical approach to study the performance of a CDMA reverse link with an up/down power control agorothm in the presence of fading. The approach is based on the technique of statistical linearization. Numerical results show excellent accuracy of our analysis. Such an analytical approach can be used to optimize the system parameters and design new power control algotihms.
