Frequently,today's selection of drill strings are made iwith little consideration fro the abusive nd demanding environmetn in which they will be operating in.As well profileds deepen,hydraulic reuqirements increase and so do the toriional and tensile forces sexerted on the drill string.Well bores wikth doglegs and spirals significantly raise downhole torque and drag values and further intensify drill string component stress levels.
