Mensa Project: Rig Operations

摘要

Mensa's subsea completion operations were conducted from a moored semi-submersible in 5300 ft. water. The rig based completion operations represent a milestone in deepwater subsea completion operations technology. The paper will focus on unique subsea completion operations employed from the rig, completion mooring operations, and the completion interface issues encountered during the installation of the subsea system.
