The calcination and decomposition of phosphogypsum in suspension were investigated in this article. The experiment involved calcination of the material in a two-stage tubular dryer and decomposition in a fluidized bed reactor. The tubular dryer had a capacity of 150kg/h, wikth working temperature 200 ~ 400 deg C, which made the moisture content of phosphogypsum reduce from 34 approx 40
