摘要

To calculate the internal flow field of a vane wheel, it is the first to define the boundary conditions, such as outlet slip, inlet vortieity and flow loss. Such factors relate to the disc friction loss and leakage loss. In this paper,the author attempts to clarify further the factors which exert influences on such losses through a number of planned testings of power separation to analyze each of the losses in proportion,thus creating conditions to determine the flow forms at the inlet and outlet of a vane wheel and the internal flow loss of vane wheel.In addition,the gross efficiency of the pump relates directly to various losses.Therefore,a discussion on the factors influencing these losses is meaningful to the improvement of the gross efficiency of pump.
