Waste solidification in the czech republic

摘要

THis paper presents overview of solidification technologies used in the Czech Republic for disposal of hazardous industrial wastes of various origin. WIth respoect to the fact that the new Waste Act specifies types of dangerous wastes allowed to be landfilled only after stabilization, an increased interest in these technologies can be seen from companies producing or processing hazardous wastes. Major goals and reached results in research of solidification/stabilization of wastes are briefly summarized.
